Please open, print and complete the “Milk Producer Membership Form” and return to Minnesota Milk.  You can handle your membership dues one of two ways:

§     Checking off $0.01 per hundredweight (cwt) through your processor

§     Paying MMPA $2 per cow per year

Associate Members:

Please open and print the “Associate Membership Form” and return to Minnesota Milk along with your payment.
