Tips on Surfing the Web
 The following issues have recently been debated at state and federal levels. Use the keywords below to search for documents or legislation based on these subjects. When searching, use a + in front of words to include ALL words (for example, +farming +dairy will return pages that contain the words farming AND dairy), a - to exclude words (for example, +farming -dairy will return pages that have the word farming but NOT the word dairy), and "" to search for a phrase (for example, the phrase "dairy farming" will return pages that have the phrase dairy farming).
